This applies to all beads such as those that are loose and used for arts and crafts, as well as those sewn onto or attached to jewelry, belts, purse, hats, artwork, or other similar items.
Solid beads in quantities less than 350 ml are permitted. Solid beads in quantities of 350 ml or more are permitted, subject to visual inspection.
Beads in quantities of 350 mL or more that cannot be visually inspected (e.g. inside a container that cannot be opened) are not permitted.
Attention
Certain powders and granular materials may require additional screening, and in some cases, the items may not be permitted. We recommend that permitted powders and granular materials that are not required during your flight be placed in checked baggage.
