Accessibility Feedback

As set out by the Accessible Canada Act, 2019, CATSA developed an Accessibility Plan to identify, prevent and eliminate barriers for its employees and for those accessing security-screening services in designated airports across Canada.

Alternative formats of the plan are available in braille, large print or audio formats, upon request.

In order to best support the travelling public, non-passengers requiring security screening, screening officers, and CATSA’s own workforce, we welcome you to provide ongoing feedback on the organization’s Accessibility Plan.
